Are you ready for a reboot?
Has the collective insanity got you down?
Maybe you know what you “should” be doing ~ but you just can’t seem to do it consistently?
Or, maybe influencer culture has you so confused you’re not sure where to start?
Ever find yourself wishing
you could just… idk…
Turn yourself off and then back on again?
Maybe it’s time for a
Self Care Reboot!
How it works:
The Monthly Self Care Reboot is your weekly accounta-bila-buddy. The chance to prioritize your wellbeing and self work on a rolling monthly basis.
Self Care Reboot is a monthly “learning cycle”.
It’s not a course, in that the curriculum isn’t static… think of it more like an apprentice program.
(But the tradecraft you’re learning is how to take care of yourself.)
Each week’s content is based on one of 4 simple principles
(for months with 5 weeks there is a bonus):
Self Care Core Principles:
Small = doable
Simple & practical
Systems thinking
Space before more
Each week we meet on Zoom
(currently Wednesday at 12p ET but can be changed if the group agrees to)
The calls contain:
A short lesson on that week’s theme
An exercise to move your Self Care Reboot along
Unlimited Q&A
What You’ll Learn:
Influencer culture has a lot of people confused. We’re going to start with the basics and build up over time.
Simplify Your Self Care
If change were easy and straightforward coaching wouldn’t exist (and I’d be out of a job!)
This program is structured to teach you the skills of change. Literally, how to do it.
How to Change
Tips and tricks are great… for improving your hobbies. But our lifestyle happens in systems.
Learn to shift the systems of your life so you create compounding, positive change with time.
To Think in Systems (not in hacks)
