Announcement:
April 14, 2025: For many of us 2025 has brought unexpected challenges and hardships. I’m sorry to say that my family has been no exception. We’ve had a few significant loses that have deeply affected me. In the spirit of “walking the talk” I’ve decided to delay this retreat until I have the foundation ready to give my students and clients all they deserve.
If you’d like regular updates (and weekly wellbeing content) you can sign up to follow here.
A 3 Day Wellbeing Retreat
with Darlene Marshall
Where: Winter Clover Inn in Round Top, NY
Dates: June 13 - 15, 2025
Kickoff starts after dinner Friday - ends mid day Sunday
Cost: starting at $550
About the retreat
We live in increasingly distracted times. The once-clear path of life has now fractured into countless threads of possibility; often overwhelming our best intentions and well-made plans. Our attention gets sucked in a million directions and with it goes our best intentions for ourselves and what we care most about. Exhausted, frustrated, and burnout - we give less and less of ourselves to what we love and who we aspire to be.
This retreat is an opportunity to connect more deeply with yourself, then rise to meet what you most deeply care for.
Perhaps you’re in one of the inevitable transitions of life’s journey. Or, you’ve spent the last few years overstimulated and reactive to the pace of change. Whether it’s feeling stuck in patterns you can’t seem to change or you need a break from the stress and overwhelm this weekend is intended to give you the space to slow down and examine the behaviors, thought patterns, underlying beliefs and mindsets that get between where you are and where you aspire to be.
This is an opportunity to meet yourself, relate to nature, and connect with others on their journey to wellbeing through physical, mental, emotional, and relational practices. To meet yourself on the journey and enjoy the path, even with all it’s obstacles.
What to Expect:
Deepen your relationship with your body. Somatic practices that foster a rooted connection of love and appreciation for the only body you’ll ever have.
Connect with authenticity and awareness. Learn to connect with the real you and, with bravery and vulnerability, to connect to others with more authenticity.
Giving yourself permission. Permission to be human. Permission to be bold. Permission to be yourself, even if only to yourself and in safe spaces.
Going beyond yourself. Create or deepen a relationship to the world around us and learn to allow that world to mirror possibility.
Teaching will be a combination of experiential learning, workshops, Q&A, and play. We’ll weave together physical practices such as yoga, breath work, meditation, journaling, positive psychology, coaching, and more.
If you’re struggling to root yourself in the shifting context of this moment, this retreat is for you.
