What Is Motivated Month:

Motivated Month is a 4 weeks program about helping YOU get serious with your weight loss and fitness journey. Maybe you’re just starting out and have no idea what to do. Or maybe you know a ton of stuff and have analysis paralysis about how to put it all together. Either way, we’ve got you.

How it all started:

Darlene and Kelly are best friends living in New York City who, unfortunately, had a really difficult 2018. Both of their lives changed dramatically through intense personal challenges and growth. Fortunately, they had one another.

Throughout that year they turned to one another for emotional support; but also for accountability. No matter what was happening, they weren’t going to allow one another to slip into bad habits and lose all the work they’d done on themselves. Throughout it all, they turned to one another and said “what would I do without you?”

As with most real challenges, things eventually started looking up. As professional coaches they now asked one another “What do people who don’t have a friend like us do?”

The idea for Motivated Month was born!

Who are Darlene and Kelly:

Darlene and Kelly are fitness and well-being professionals with over 20 years of combined experience working for one of New York City’s most luxurious gyms. Between them they have certifications or have been trained in is Nutrition Coaching, Personal Training, Massage Therapy, Rock Tape, Kettlebells, TRX, Neuro Linguistic Programming, meditation instruction, yoga, Motivational Interviewing and more.

Kelly is the rock solid mother to two amazing daughters.

Darlene has two silly cats and is a candidate at the University of Pennsylvania’s Masters in Applied Positive Psychology program

How does Motivated Month work:

Motivated Month is different from other coaching programs:

  • You’ll receive information on nutrition, exercise, mindfulness, recovery, and self care.

  • Each week you’ll have 3 general, daily habits to focus on: one in nutrition, one in exercise, and one in mindfulness. If you want to try and soak up the extra information, you can. Otherwise, just focus on what you know you can do. A change in any area of your life will help improve all the others.

  • You’ll be invited to join a Facebook group of like-minded individuals who are on a similar journey. Each day you’ll share with the group that you’ve completed your tasks so we can hold you accountable, support you when you’re stuck, and celebrate your success.

What’s included:

  • A 4 week (28 day) introductory exercise program

  • Guidance on how to track what your eating and information on how to make better choices

  • Guidance on how to rewire your mindset to be more successful in dieting and exercise

  • Enrollment in our Facebook group

  • One 30 min coaching call with either Darlene or Kelly to help you when you feel stuck

How much does one Motivated Month Cost:

Motivated Month is $100 for the package above.

Additional 30 min coaching calls are available for $50 at any time.
