It’s Better Together: Real World Resilience is designed to support you on your self development journey using the tools of mindfulness, wellness, coaching, and positive psychology:
Pragmatic Optimism: Being 100% honest with yourself about the situations you find yourself in while maintaining focus on taking doable action
Intentionality: approaching your self work with self-compassion, self-awareness, and an open mind, while also taking proactive forward steps
Observation: deepen your understanding of how your personal patterns affect your lived experience and shape your wellness journey
Lifestyle Practices: evidence-based tools that shift cognition, mood, emotional experience, focus, self-awareness, and more
Psychological Skills: to support lasting change, dissolve blocks, and build well-being from the bottom up AND top down
Foundational Information: essential biological information on lifestyle habits that affect resilience
Integration: learn to understand the foundations of your mind/body connection and how changes in your lifestyle align with your purpose, meaning, and values to build lasting change
Each week we’re in session you’ll receive an email on Sunday with optional videos, articles, and workbooks supporting that weeks lessons. On Monday you’ll submit your digital check-in ~ a weekly pulse check on your wellness, well-being, and your journey so far. We’ll meet virtually for our weekly group coaching session where we work through any obstacles, ambivalence, or resistance together. You’ll set goals to work on that week and have access to a group chat & to coach Darlene should you need accountability and support throughout the week.
Hi, I’m Darlene. I’m a holistic wellness coach & I’ve spent the last decade in fitness and wellness as a trainer, coach, yoga teacher, meditation and mindfulness instructor, and a whole bunch more. I help people remove the internal roadblocks that hold them back from a life of well-being. Through our work together they harness vitality to build passion-driven lives that work for THEM.
As one of the few fitness professionals in the world with at Master’s degree in Applied Positive Psychology (the science of human well-being) I know first hand: your mind and body thrive together. You are a person in a physical body. You can call it a soul, spirit, life-force, or consciousness ~ but to live a life of happiness and fulfillment your mind, body, and deep self align so you can fulfill your unique potential and purpose. My purpose is supporting others in that alignment.
I’ve supported hundreds of individual clients, facilitated thousands through my wellness workshops, and touched countless lives through my podcast and writing. This group coaching experience is designed to support thriving through challenges.
